Kerry advises on the protection of intellectual property, including copyright and trademark registration, and drafts agreements governing intellectual property use including licensing and acquisition of rights, confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements. He also provides legal advice on marketing, advertising and internet law.

Kerry is the author of Privacy in a Climate of Electronic Surveillance (2005, Workplace News) and co-author of Damage Control: An Employers Guide to Just Cause Termination, 2nd ed. (2005, Canada Law Book).

Education and Professional Affiliations

Kerry is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada (2003) and the Barreau du Québec (2006) and serves on the Board of Directors of POP Montréal International Music Festival. He holds a Bachelor of Philosophy degree from Mount Allison University and a LL.B. from the University of New Brunswick.
